Florin21 is a Bitcoin consultancy based in Newry, Northern Ireland. We work with businesses, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and professional advisors across the UK, Ireland, and internationally on one question: how do you hold, protect, and plan around Bitcoin properly?

We are Bitcoin-only. We do not advise on altcoins, yield products, or speculative instruments. Our entire practice is built around Bitcoin – its properties, its risks, its regulatory treatment, and its role as a long-term treasury and wealth preservation asset. We do not receive referral fees from exchanges, custodians, or any third-party providers. Every recommendation we make is based solely on what is right for the client.

Our work covers three areas.

Bitcoin treasury strategy – helping businesses allocate a portion of cash reserves to Bitcoin as a structured, documented decision, with full consideration of UK and Irish regulatory requirements, tax treatment, and custody risk.

Self-custody and security – helping individuals and businesses hold Bitcoin directly, with the security infrastructure, documentation, and technical support to do it properly.

Inheritance and succession planning – ensuring Bitcoin holdings are accessible to the right people at the right time, through documented recovery protocols that sit alongside wills, business continuity plans, and estate arrangements.

We believe the monetary properties of Bitcoin – fixed supply, decentralised issuance, and resistance to debasement – make it the most important financial asset of our time.
